To my friends and family,
Thank you for visiting my donation page. Riding in RAAM this year for TDL has more personal meaning to me than last year. My Uncle Jon passed away this year while waiting for a double lung transplant. He was a great person and I really enjoyed getting to know him again. His memorial service in Waltham MA, if you can believe this is going to be that same day as the start of RAAM, June 13th. I am going to miss the service but I know he will be ok with that. For this ride may save a life one day. Increasing awareness to Organ Donation may save many lives like my Uncle Jon's, I am feel I am destined to ride in this race and I will ride in his honor. I am also lucky to Ride with a very special young man that I am sure I will learn so much from. Connor Ellison, is a 12 year old with a liver disease that is going to ride across this great country of ours. I know he will teach me about courage and strength. My role on this team is going to be to ride as fast as I possible can to get us across this great land as quickly as possible. It still is a race you know. Thanks for your donation. Any amount will help. No donation is too small.
I also want to thank my team, my company and crew from last year. It was an experience of a lifetime. I hope I can use all that I learned from you all last year to help the new team this year. Thanks to John Martin, Lorenzo, Dennis, Terry, Steve T, Ben L, Ray, Virginia, Maggie, Neville, Cynthia, Charlie, Brian, Erica, Tabitha, Jesus(Juan/Jose/Pedro), Jamie, Dave and LeAnne. You were all the best. I do not how I am going to do this with out you all. My new team does not know what they are in for.
