Big teams meetings last evening. The RAAM meeting with all the teams and crews was very moving. All the teams were introduced. There were several teams from different countries such as Germany, Brazil and the UK. There is also a celebrity team with a world champion surfer and the drummer from Rage Against the Machine. There is a team of four men in wheel chairs that will race with hand bikes - how inspirational is that! This morning I will do bodywork on the remainder of the team - John, Ray, and Lorenzo. The we will pack up the SUVs and RV and go to race start. The guys are pumped, a little anxious and very funny! On a personal note, yesterday while walking on the Oceanside Pier getting ready for group pictures, we saw dolphins dancing on the ocean - such a peaceful and beautiful site. More to come...not sure when I'll be online again, but I'll be blogging and then copying and pasting when I can get online.
